Terms of Service

Meetance is a clean dating and social discovery platform for adults who want respectful introductions, healthy conversations, safe meetups and meaningful relationships. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Meetance.

By creating an account, completing onboarding, uploading photos, sending messages, using nearby discovery, making calls or continuing to use Meetance, you agree to these terms and our safety rules.

1. Adult Dating Service

Meetance is only for people who are at least 18 years old. You may not use Meetance if you are under 18, banned from the service, legally prohibited from using dating services, or creating an account for someone else without permission.

2. Account and Profile Rules

Use accurate information about yourself, including age, gender, city, relationship preferences and profile answers.
Do not impersonate another person, create fake identities, use stolen photos, create duplicate accounts to avoid moderation or sell accounts.
Do not post phone numbers, addresses, payment links, external ads, spam links or private contact details in public profile fields.
Keep your password secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Clean Dating Community Standard

Meetance is not an adult entertainment, escort, hookup-for-money, pornography, erotic content or sexual services platform. Members must keep profiles, photos, messages and calls respectful and suitable for a clean dating community.

No nudity, pornography, erotic or sexually explicit photos, fetish content, sexual videos or sexual body-part closeups.
No offers or requests for escorting, paid dates, sex work, sugar arrangements, bribery, gifts for intimacy, money for meetings, prostitution, trafficking or sexual services.
No sexual pressure, coercion, blackmail, threats, harassment, stalking, humiliation, hate speech or abusive language.
No scams, crypto/investment schemes, fake emergencies, romance fraud, phishing, malware, spam, bot activity or commercial solicitation.
No illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, violence, exploitation, minors, self-harm encouragement or content that puts members at risk.

4. Photo Uploads and Review

Photos uploaded to Meetance may be reviewed before they become publicly visible. Pending photos may be visible to you while moderators check them. Approved photos may appear on your profile or in discovery areas. Rejected photos may be removed or hidden.

Your photos should show you honestly and should not be misleading, stolen, heavily deceptive or unsafe.
Admins may review uploaded images and related original files for moderation, audit, safety and abuse prevention.
Meetance may reject, hide, crop, blur, edit or delete images that violate these terms.
Photo approval does not guarantee identity, safety, relationship status or the truth of all member claims.

5. Messages, Bad Words and Content Moderation

Meetance may use automated filters, bad-word checks, reporting tools and admin review to keep conversations safer. Abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual solicitation, escort-related, scammy or unsafe wording may be censored, blocked, logged, reported or reviewed.

You may not send unwanted sexual content, pressure another person to meet, ask for money, request private images, share another person's private information or continue contacting someone who asked you to stop.

6. Matching, Nearby Discovery and Location

Meetance may use your profile answers, preferences, city, precise location if allowed, activity and compatibility signals to show matches and nearby members. Matching is not a guarantee of compatibility, identity, availability, relationship outcome or offline safety.

When meeting someone in person, choose public places, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transportation, protect your personal information and leave if you feel unsafe.

7. Voice, Video and Calls

Voice or video communication features are for respectful dating conversations. Do not use calls for nudity, sexual services, threats, harassment, recording without consent, blackmail or illegal conduct. Technical call data may be processed to connect members and troubleshoot the service.

8. Coins, Rewards and Paid or Premium Features

Meetance may provide coins, rewards, premium tools or paid features. We may change, limit, reverse or remove rewards or features if they are abused, granted by mistake, connected to fake accounts or used in a way that violates these terms.

9. Reports, Blocking and Enforcement

Members can report unsafe behavior. Meetance may warn, restrict, hide, suspend, ban, delete, refuse service or preserve records when accounts violate rules, create risk, abuse rewards, evade moderation or harm the community.

Moderation decisions may be based on automated systems, member reports, admin judgment, content review, account history, risk flags, technical logs and legal requirements.

10. Privacy and Member Information

You must respect the privacy of other members. Do not publish or share private conversations, photos, phone numbers, addresses, social profiles, workplace details, documents or personal data without permission. Your use of Meetance is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. No Guarantee

Meetance provides tools for dating discovery and communication. We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, member identity, emotional outcomes, compatibility, offline safety or that every member is truthful. Use good judgment and report concerns.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update features, policies, moderation rules, prices, rewards and these terms over time. Continued use of Meetance after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
